We like to have options—and the more the better. We want more options in our cars, on our phones, and in our business dealings.
How many options have you explored for your wealth planning? Only about 30% of families explore their options to find the plan that works for their goals. Once they find that plan, the outcome is favorable:
- They control their own wealth, both now and later.
- They live with confidence and peace about finishing strong.
- They experience a sense of purposeful giving.
- They live and spend confidently in retirement, with the security of knowing they’re “good”
- They have an integrated tax plan to minimize taxes paid.
- They inspire their heirs to live out their purpose.
A plan with those kinds of results may demand more investment on the front end of planning, but the end result makes the effort worth it.
If you choose a wealth-planning expert without exploring all the options, you can fool yourself into thinking you’ve covered everything once you’ve written a will and created a few trusts.
There are better options out there. And you are doing yourself and your family a disservice if you don’t explore them to their fullest extent.
You know you are working with the right wealth-planning expert when your plan gives you confidence, peace of mind, and true sense of purpose.
