Bryan is a seasoned financial professional in compliance, risk, and fraud management with over 20 years of expertise in regulatory compliance, internal controls, and enterprise risk strategy. He is skilled in resolving complex business compliance issues including regulatory, security, and technology. He brings deep concentration and structured approaches to execution while operating from clear priorities providing practical and results-oriented work. His career spans more than two decades, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Issues Management at Truist. Previously, he served as a Compliance Tax Auditor with the Florida Department of Revenue and as Chief Financial Officer of Farmwave, LLC. He also held financial and leadership roles at LexisNexis Risk Solutions and Ernst & Young LLP.

Bryan and his wife, Julie, live in Alpharetta, Georgia, with their two children. They are actively involved in their church and local community. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina who loves college football and enjoys fishing.
