Alpharetta Fourth of July Fireworks

Fireworks, grilling, and American flags: Fourth of July is nearly upon us, and Alpharetta is a great place to spend the holiday. We are proud to be part of a local community that so strongly supports the red, white, and blue and is not shy about celebrating it.

This year, the annual Fourth of July Fireworks and Festivities event is a must-attend for families and friends in and around the Alpharetta area.

The event takes place at Wills Park on Thursday, July 4. Children’s activities and entertainment will be located on the lawn behind the Alpharetta Community Center, approximately a 2.5-mile drive from our office.

Food vendors will be located throughout Wills Par from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. At dusk, the main event begins as the firework show kicks off, rain or shine.

Also noteworthy, the city pool will be open until 9 p.m. on the Fourth of July. Swimmers can watch the show from the pool deck.

As a friendly reminder, tobacco, tobacco products, and alcohol are all prohibited on city property. Personal propane grills are permitted, although charcoal grills are not.

You may not bring personal fireworks to the event, as we all want everyone to feel as safe as possible and enjoy a family-friendly atmosphere.

Parking in and around Wills Park is limited, so we advise arriving early if you need to claim a spot. Old Milton Parkway from Roswell Street to Wills Road will close when the lots are full.

The annual Fourth of July Fireworks and Festivities provide an opportunity for the city of Alpharetta to show its patriotic heritage. From everyone at Boomfish Wealth Group, LLC, we wish you and your family a safe, relaxing, and fun-filled Fourth.
